The Gunpowder Plot ★★★★ Tower Vaults | Extended Run

Remember, remember the Fifth of November. It's 1605 and some persecuted Catholics have decided to strike back by blowing up the Houses of Parliament. This immersive experience invites participants to go back in time and to become part of the events and intrigue of the day. The adventure begins with a small group of attendees being led into the prison under the Tower of London, only to escape that horror and to become entangled in the plot to kill King James and the parliamentarians. After our escape we stopped at a safe house and later dropped by the plotters' favourite tavern before sailing down the Thames to carry out the nefarious scheme. But, are we really on the side of the plotters, or are we part of the team of spies planning to disrupt the dark endeavour? This experience has a well-constructed narrative with lots of twists and turns, and if you get into the spirit of it, you are in for a lot of fun. The journey is enhanced by virtual reality experiences that can be quite thrilling, although the technology used can also be subject to some glitches. If you have serious acrophobia, you can just close your eyes for a moment, and don't worry you'll definitely enjoy the trip along the Thames at night which is simply stunning. The Gunpowder Plot can be enjoyed in two formats: Standard and VIP. The latter includes a meal, drinks, souvenir photo and voucher for merchandise. Whichever option you choose, be prepared for a wonderfully multilayered trip into history and a thoroughly memorable adventure.
